We build a sample frame from local-business directories, Google Business Profile, and industry associations across the USA, UK, Canada, and Nigeria. Each report draws 250–800 sites depending on industry size. We crawl every site through a real headless Chrome instance — no shortcuts, no scraped third-party data.
Every site runs through a 14-point check: Lighthouse Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO; Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP); on-page audit (schema, meta, alt-text, headings); and a conversion proxy (CTA presence, form complexity, trust signals). We anonymize, aggregate, and publish quartile distributions only.
